Workshops
Don’t have the time to take a class? Muskegon Civic Theatre also offers workshops for students and adults periodically throughout the season. Workshop topics have ranged from audition prep to improvisation and include something for everyone. Workshops are perfect for any experience level and are taught by local, professional theatre artists. Tuition varies based on the workshop. To register please call the MCT office at 231-722-3852.

Have you been to Second City or seen "Who's line is it anyways" and wanted to join the fun?
Join Scott Fuce of The Improv(e)ment Group in this
introductory class to Improvisational Theatre. Build on basic Improv
concepts as "Yes, and", painting an environment, and developing the 5
"W"s in as few lines as possible...this class is a great experience for
both novice and experienced actors. Scott is a 1985 graduate from
W.M.U. in Dramatic Arts. He was a founding member of the educational
theatre troupe The Madd Hatters. He has studied extensively at Second
City, performed professional Children's theatre and is currently an
instructor at The Grand Rapids Civic Theatre.
