Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in Seussical KIDS, a fantastical musical extravaganza that's great fun for the whole family. 

Join MCT this summer for Footlights Fun Camp - a one-week theatre arts day camp designed to instruct the young performer in musical theatre basics. In the morning, students will rotate through classes to learn and polish skills in four core areas: drama, vocal music, dance, and visual arts. Afternoons are spent in the Beardsley Theater rehearsing for the Friday performance: Seussical KIDS!

Enrollment Information
Enrollment for each session is limited to the first 50 registrants.

A minimum $25 non-refundable deposit is required of all applicants to reserve a camp spot. Full payment is due seven days before the start date of each session.

Session I                              Payment due by July 16th, 2018
Session II                             Payment due by July 23rd, 2018
Session III                            Payment due by August 6th, 2018

Grade level is the grade student will complete by June 2018.

No tuition reimbursement will be given to cancellations made less than seven days prior to the start of a session.

Fees
$195 per student
$170 for tuition + $25 deposit
(Includes camp T-shirt)

Scholarship Information
Partial Scholarships are available for families who demonstrate need. To receive consideration for aid, the following items must be submitted by July 1st, 2018:
Most recent W2
Letter of Recommendation from a teacher
MCT Scholarship application (available online or through the MCT office)
Deposit Fee ($25)

Additional information
All students will receive a camp T-shirt! Be sure to indicate size selection on the registration form.

Students provide their own lunch and mid-morning snack.
 
Students are asked to wear comfortable play clothes and closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or crocs) and bring a refillable water bottle.
 
Tickets for the Friday performance are $2 each. Ticket availability is based on camp enrollment. Friday Performances begin at 3:00 PM, doors open at 2:30 PM
